Diamond Events

Diamond Ballroom does provide state-of-the art exhibition solutions to let you avoid heavy duty exhibition material as right from the modular exhibition kits, display panels, marketing collaterals other stuffs. All you have to do is to give them the event dates and requirements and rest are done and executed by them.

Diamond Ballroom and Catering is excited to announce that they will be hosting their first Diamond Event, produced in house by Diamond Ballroom staff. This kickoff event will take place September 9th, 2016. Doors will open at 7:00 pm.

The theme of this Diamond Event will be James Bond – Diamonds are Forever . This highly anticipated event will feature casino tables by Houle Games & Entertainment and Vegas style dance performances produced by the Jeff Turner Entertainment Group. Complementary cocktails and canapés will be available for guests upon arrival. Parking and coat check will also be included. Prizes will be given for best costume in three categories: Best “Bond”, Best “Bond Girl” and Best “Bond Villain” as well as the highest earners on the casino tables.

Office manager and lead planner on this project Alicia McDonald has stated that this event “is an opportunity to give back and celebrate with the people that have partied with us over the years. Diamond Ballroom is an excellent venue with many customizable options for parties of all kinds and I’m excited to showcase all that we can do with the first Diamond Event- Diamonds are Forever.” With the perceived success of this event, Diamond Ballroom hopes to host and produce regular monthly events at this location moving forward. Partial proceeds from the event will be donated to Children’s Hospital.
